This week, we are so very busy finishing our projects in the different subjects. We are also concentrating in our practice for the incoming cheer dancing, this is not a competition but our grade in P.E 1 will be a big part of it. So in short, what a busy and tiring week for us,as a student. tsk!!hoho
We need TIME MANAGEMENT!! We should be wise to manage our time so that there will no conflict in our schedule or so that we can finish our activities, projects and more in right time. We should keep in our mind that if when we started our activities like projects in earlier time we are surely finish it earlier, more beautiful, clearly and pass it in given time.
When time is managed and organized wisely; it can make the difference between a productive day and a very hectic day. Using time management during an ordinary day can help reduce stress and simplifies life.
So let us be wise in managing our time, sabi nga nila "TIME IS GOLD!!" :)

THE Ticket.. :)

Late Post regarding HIV.. :) --My Reaction Paper..

HIV : (Si Heidi, si Ivy at si Vanessa)
A Mediocre Advocacy
This film is another campaign material of the Department of Health (DOH) to disseminate information on the prevention of HIV and AIDS to our country. Simply, to inform us how these viruses affect our immune system.
Human Immunodeficiency Virus or HIV is a lentivirus that causes required immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), a conditions in humans in which progressive failure of the immune system allows life-threatening opportunistic infections and cancers. This disease can lead to death but there is a drug that cans longer the life of a person who is infected with this kind of viruses. That drug is the Antiretroviral drugs (ARV), this are medications for the treatment of infection by the retroviruses, primarily HIV.
The story was lead by Gil Bustamante played by the actor Jake Cuenca. Gil Bustamante is a documentary filmmaker who tackles HIV and AIDS patients.  Bearing his video cam and an irascible assistant, he work all day just to finish his subjected film. Using San Lazaro Hospital as the plot of the story, G. Bustamante started to make the project by combining various stories of people infected with the virus. Among these are different people, different story on how they got infected. They are the 3 major characters in the story or known as the 3 victims/HIV patients named: Heidi, Ivy and Vanessa. Heidi, played by Ma. Isabel Lopez, a house wife who contracted the virus from her, an overseas contract worker who died in Saudi Arabia eventually three years ago.  Ivy, played by Iza Calzado, a women who is positive in HIV and last Vanessa, played by IC Mendoza, a gay and stand-up comedian who got the virus by doing variety of sexual pleasures.

At first, Gil Bustamante is inspired doing that project, he faced many challenges just to run that film. But not all story ends up with a happy ending, Heidi died, Ivy didn’t finish helping Bustamante to run the film while Vanessa gets beaten by a band of thugs while cruising the streets…and facing her own weakness/fear, Gil Bustamante a HIV positive. The story ends when he revealed that he is also a victim of that virus.

It is a shocking moment for us (viewers) knowing that Gil Bustamante is a positive, we thought that he is only the portraying a character that is a filmmaker.

The plot of the story was great. Characters portrayed their role very well, well done actors and actresses. The flow of the story is amazing because you don’t know what would be the next scene or what would be the ending. It will be an eye-opener to everyone that having these viruses or infected by these viruses means the end of your life. It will inform us that the fight against HIV/AIDS is not solely the responsibility of the government, it is a fight that demands responsible action from every individual. HIV/AIDS can kill us so we must be aware of that. This film will help people to realize that in we should be aware in everything that we do.

My TALENTS..My BLESSINGS

Every child has there own capabilities and skills but there is a very special blesssing God gave to his sons and daughters and this is called TALENTS. These talents are our precious golds that nobody can steal from us.
These special TALENTS is given by our Father in Heaven wherein we need to take care of it. How? Simply when someone gave you a gift, you need to take good care of it, same with our talents. Just like me, my talent is singing and somewhat in drawing. I remember when I am in High-school, me and my classmates are very noisy in our classroom. Do you know what are we doing or what are the noise all about.. It's because we are busy in singing, very loud pa.. Even though we are not that good like Sarah, Regine or Angeline,we are confident and not shy in singing or to show our TALENTS.That's how we are very proud of our Talents. be proud of what's God given because it is a blessing. :)
We maybe think that our TALENTS are nothing but we didn't know that through the use of our talents our self-confidence is built and so with having the courage to show it. So be grateful, never allow that it will be fade remember everyone of us have it's own talent but not as unique as one has. :D

Thing that I value

The thing that I valued most is my nameplate in CAT Officer. May I ask you these question " What do you value most in your life? ". What a pressuring question that even a little child is tangled in choosing between his toys or his parents.
Even me, answering that question is very hard because there is so many things that I treasured but am just a simple person with simple valuables in life. And I consider my nameplate as my most valued possession. In my CAT way back High School, I'm not that active to train others because I just sit around and observe others but when I got the chance I also proved them that I can manage to handle a platoon with all my sweat, voice and patience.
I got that nameplate by myself.. Nagpagod ako para lang makuha iyon, maagang pumupunta sa school , naglilinis sa school tuwing my program, tumutulong nang mga teachers at iba pa.. In other words we are trained to be a good leaders or to become a good model lalo na sa mga lower years..
That's all my reason why my nameplate is the thing that I value most, so what's yours??hehehe.. :)

"Think outside the shoe"

“Some people are afraid of water or say they can’t swim but it’s not about that. It’s about going out and say how can I accomplish it,” said Cox.
 So true Jessica Cox..

Jessica Cox, 25, a girl born without arm. the girl from Tucson, Arizona. She is a role model to everyone especially to all disabled persons that kahit na maykulang sa kanila marami pa rin silang magagawa or they can do what a normal person can do. She is called a girl without arms, arms that we used everyday; to eat,to write,to work,to drive and many more, but because of her strong perception in life, she believe that she can do it by using her feet.. "Think outside the shoe" a motivation to everyone. Kaya naman hindi naging hadlang sa kanya ang mabuhay at gumawa nang mga bagay-bagay sa mundo na walang gamit na kamay.
Jessica,a motivational speaker, drives a car, a black belter in taekwondo and the world's first licensed armless pilot. :)

        So keep going!!!

Who am I

My name is Phoebe Grace Alipan, 16 years old. I live and was born in Santiago, Bauang La Union. November 13 1995 is my Birthday ( so greet me on that day..hehehe). I am the only daughter in the family. Graduated from Don Eulogio de Guzman Memorial National High School.
I love to eat especially meat and chicken. My hobbies are drawing, listening to musics, watching animes/sop opera/drama and many more. I don't like playing basketball or some outdoor activities so I prefer doing or playing indoor games/activities.
If I am an object, I will be a book.
I relate myself to a book because my life is full of meaningful experience that shows my personality or what is the real Phoebe. That you can't judge me by just looking at the cover but instead you should look me inside so that you will know more about me. The FRONT PAGE that reflects my physical appearance. TITLE PAGE tells who I am, how I grow as a man and develop all my skills while on the GLOSSARY tells all my personality who always give meaning to other's lives especially to my parents, brothers and friends.
Once again, I am Phoebe.. :)
